The Xero connection need to be refreshed. This is done by simply login in to Xero from Nexus.
Please follow these steps:
- Go to "Admin"
- Then "Advanced Settings"
- Then "Accounts Integration"
- Click "Xero Login"
- Login with your Xero login details and approve Nexus to connect to Xero.
The Xero connection can break due to accounts changes, password resets or updates.
