Employee assignments are displayed on the schedule screens and by default are light purple colour. You can change this with the following steps:

  1. Go to “Admin”
  2. Click “Advanced Settings”
  3. Click “Employee Management”
  4. Change the setting called “Employee Assignment Colour”
  5. Click “Save”
