Customers can feel secure knowing that the Nexus Service Manager backups are all professionally managed and monitored.
All databases are automatically backed up every night on to a dedicated backup server that is isolated from the public network. The nightly backups are then archived for 30 days allowing a database to be restored to any point in the last 30 days.
The customer files and application files are also automatically backed up every night and archived for 14 days.
On top of this we have seconded remote backup system which is a cold storage backup system that is performed every month and then archived for 12 months.
Our servers are housed at world class Equinix data centres.
