Overview
The SMS feature in Nexus Service Manager allows you to easily communicate with your customers and employees via text message. To help streamline your workflow, you can also configure certain messages to be sent to your customers automatically.
Message Length Limits
A standard SMS message has a maximum length of 160 characters. If your message exceeds this limit, it will be split into multiple texts; however, modern mobile phones will automatically stitch these together so they appear as one long message to the recipient.
Pricing and Invoicing
- Cost: You are charged $0.10 AUD for every standard SMS message (160 characters) sent.
- Billing: SMS fees are automatically invoiced at the beginning of the month, provided your accrued SMS charges have exceeded $100.
