The SMS function allows users to send SMS messages to customers and employees. Some of the SMS messages can be setup to automatically send to the customer.
One SMS message is 160 characters long however mobiles can join the together multiple messages to a large message.
Each SMS message (160 characters) is charge at 0.11 cent per SMS and is automatically invoiced at the start of the month after the amount is over $100.
