How to edit the invoice email templates

There are two different email templates. The “New Invoice” email template is used when the invoice is first created on New invoice and also the Email Invoice function on the mobile app. The second email template is called “Updated Invoice” which is used by the Email function on Edit invoice.

  1. Click “Admin” from main menu.
  2. Click “Email Templates” under the heading “Customer Settings”.
  3. Click “Edit” next to “New Invoice”.
  4. Make the desired changes to the email subject and body.
  5. Click Save.

Repeat the same process for the “Updated Invoice” template.
