The Start Travel SMS function allows your technicians to send a template-based SMS message to your customers to let them know they are on the way.
To enable this functionality first to check the SMS template:
- Go to Admin
- Click on SMS Templates
- Click Edit on Start Travel
- Save any changes made to the template.
To enable it on the mobile app:
- Go to Admin
- Go to Advanced Settings
- Go to Mobile App
- Click "Enable Travel Time" on
- Click "Enable Start Travel SMS to customer" on
