The Start Travel SMS function allows your technicians to send a template-based SMS message to your customers to let them know they are on the way.

To enable this functionality first to check the SMS template:

  • Go to Admin
  • Click on SMS Templates
  • Click Edit on Start Travel
  • Save any changes made to the template.

To enable it on the mobile app:

  • Go to Admin
  • Go to Advanced Settings
  • Go to Mobile App
  • Click "Enable Travel Time" on
  • Click "Enable Start Travel SMS to customer" on
