Customer Resources

Customer Resources is a section to store files for customers to access within the Customer Portal. This is usually a place to store PDF documents about the services or products that you provide to customers.

Please note unlike Customer files that are unique to each customer, Customer Resources are the same for all customers.

For the customer to access the Customer Resources they must have the customer portal access right with the permission called “View Customer Resources”. The default access right “Full Access” has permission to view Customer Resources.
