1. Click “Employees” from main menu.
  2. Find the employee and click “User Account”.
  3. Enter a Username and Password or click the green generate button next to the password.
  4. Select "Tech Mobile Access" from “Access Rights”.
  5. No user shortcuts are required for a Technician.
  6. Click “Save”.
