To allow Nexus Service Manager to send out emails from your domain name you will need to update the SPF record within your DNS service provided by your website hosting company. The Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record is a list of authorised mail servers allowed to send out emails on your behalf.

Please add smtp3.nexusdigital.net.au to the SPF record within your DNS service.

An example of typical SPF record would be:
"v=spf1 a mx +include:smtp3.nexusdigital.net.au ~all"

If the SPF record already exists then add the following before “~all”:
+include:smtp3.nexusdigital.net.au

Your website hosting company or IT support will be able to assist you with this.
