How to add a new Service Category

Welcome to Nexus Step-by-Step Training where we'll guide you through how to add a new Service Category.

1. Click on Admin from the main menu on the left-hand side.

2. Click on Service categories found beneath the "Service Settings" heading.

3. Under New Service Category, type the name of the category you'd like to add.

I've chosen the category name "Example".

4. Type in the category description.

5. Click on Add.

6. You can now see the New Service Category in the list alphabetically.
