Understanding the Sections
The Industry Breakdown Report is organized into several distinct sections, each offering a unique perspective on your industry data:
Top Bar Filters
At the top of the report, you'll find several filters that allow you to customize the displayed data:
- All Companies: Filter data by specific companies.
- Start Date: Use the calendar icon to specify the beginning date for the period you want to view industry data.
- End Date: Use the calendar icon to specify the ending date for the period you want to view industry data.
- Go Button: Apply the selected filters to update the report.
- Export: Click this button to download the report data.
Understanding the Columns
The Industry Breakdown Report table displays the following information for each industry:
- ID: A unique identification number for the industry.
- Industry Name: The name of the industry (e.g., Domestic, Services, Construction).
- Customers: The total number of customers associated with that industry within the filtered period.
- Invoiced: The total amount invoiced to customers within that industry during the filtered period.
At the bottom of the report, you'll see "Total" for the "Invoiced" amount, providing a summary of all industries displayed.
