Incomplete Jobs
The Incomplete Jobs report provides a comprehensive overview of all jobs that have not yet been marked as complete. This report is designed to help you track outstanding work, understand reasons for incompletion, and efficiently manage your workflow and resources.
Understanding the Sections
The Incomplete Jobs report is organized into several distinct sections, each offering a unique perspective on your incomplete job data:
Top Bar Filters
At the top of the report, you'll find several filters that allow you to customize the displayed data:
- All Job Types: Filter incomplete jobs by specific job types.
- All Technicians: Select "All Technicians" or specific individuals to view incomplete jobs assigned to them.
- Incomplete job status: Filter jobs by their incomplete status (e.g., Open, Reschedule).
- All Incompletion Reasons: Filter jobs based on the reason they were marked incomplete (e.g., Missing parts, Another Method Required, No keys).
- Start Date: Use the calendar icon to specify the beginning date for the period you want to view incomplete jobs.
- End Date: Use the calendar icon to specify the ending date for the period you want to view incomplete jobs.
- Go Button: Apply the selected filters to update the report.
- Export: Click this button to download the report data.
Understanding the Columns
The Incomplete Jobs report table displays the following information for each incomplete job:
- Job ID: A unique identification number for the job.
- Status/Actions: Icons or text indicating the current status (e.g., "Open") and available actions (e.g., "Reschedule").
- First Last Company: The first name, last name, and associated company of the customer for whom the job was created.
- Visit ID: A unique identification number for the specific visit related to the job.
- Service: Details about the service being performed, including:
- Type: The type of service (e.g., General Pest Service, Site Inspection, Staff Training).
- Reason: The reason for the job's incompletion (e.g., None, Missing parts, Another Method Required, No keys).
- Order No: The order number associated with the service.
- Allocated Time: The time originally allocated for the service.
- Date Booked: The date and time the job was originally booked.
- Service Address: The address where the service was to be performed.
