The Customer Property Report provides a comprehensive overview of properties associated with your customers, allowing for quick access to essential details, job statuses, and contact information. This report is designed to help you manage customer properties efficiently and keep track of related activities.


Understanding the Sections

The Customer Property Report is organized into several distinct sections, each offering a unique perspective on your customer property data:


Top Bar Filters

At the top of the report, you'll find several filters that allow you to customize the displayed data:

  • All Companies: Filter properties by specific companies.
  • All Job Types: Select "All Job Types" or specific types of jobs to view properties related to them.
  • All Job Status: Filter properties based on the status of associated jobs (e.g., Open, New Job, Jobs, Calls).
  • Go Button: Apply the selected filters to update the report.
  • Export Properties: Click this button to export the property data.
  • Export Services: Click this button to export the service data related to the properties.

Understanding the Columns

The Customer Property Report table displays the following information for each property:

  • ID: A unique identification number for the property.
  • Job Status Indicators: Icons or text indicating the status of associated jobs (e.g., "Open Calls," "New Job," "Jobs").
  • Building Name: The name of the building or property.
  • Address: The full address of the property, including suburb and postcode.
  • Site Contact: The name of the primary contact person at the property.
  • Property Notes/Alerts: Any specific notes or alerts related to the property (e.g., "Job or billing address").

Navigating and Using the Customer Property Report

  • Filtering: Use the "All Companies," "All Job Types," and "All Job Status" fields to narrow down the data and focus on specific properties or job types.
  • Pagination: If there are many properties, use the pagination controls (e.g., "Start Previous," page numbers, "Next End") to navigate through the report.
  • Export: Use the "Export Properties" and "Export Services" buttons to download the report data, likely in CSV format, for further analysis in spreadsheet software.
