- ID: A unique numerical identifier for each customer account.
- Status: Indicates the current status of the customer account, typically Open, allowing access to customer details.
- Customer Name: The full name of the customer.
- First: The first name of the customer.
- Last: The last name of the customer.
- Cust Code: A unique customer-specific code or identifier.
- Balance: The outstanding financial balance for the customer's account.
- Address: The primary service or street address associated with the customer.
- Suburb: The suburb of the customer's address.
- Credit Term: The agreed-upon credit terms for the customer's payments. Note that some may show Service Declined if their credit terms are no longer active or approved.

At the top of the Customer Accounts table, you'll find various tools to navigate and filter the displayed data:
- All Companies: A dropdown menu to filter customer accounts by specific companies.
- From Month/Year Selector: Use the dropdowns to select a starting month and year.
- Go Button: Click to apply the selected date filter.
