Understanding the Sections

The Technician Activity Graph is organized into several distinct sections, each offering a unique perspective on your technician activity data:

Top Bar Filters

At the top of the graph, you'll find several filters that allow you to customize the displayed data:

  • All Companies: Filter technician activity by specific companies.
  • All Job Types: Select "All Job Types" or specific types of jobs to view activity related to them.
  • Date: Use the calendar icon to specify a particular date to focus your analysis.
  • Exclude Incomplete Jobs: Check this box to exclude jobs that are not yet marked as complete from the graph.
  • Go Button: Apply the selected filters to update the graphs.

Day (Top Left)

This bar graph displays the total value of jobs completed by technicians on the selected day.

  • Value: Represents the total job amount for the day.
  • Technician Name(s): Indicates the technicians who completed jobs on that day, along with their individual contributions to the total value.

Month (Middle Left)

This bar graph illustrates the technician activity across the current month, providing insights into monthly trends.

  • Value: Total job value for the month.
  • Technician Name(s): Shows the technicians who completed jobs during the month, along with their individual contributions.

Year (Bottom Left)

  • Technician Name(s): Displays the technicians who have completed jobs throughout the year, with their respective contributions to the total value.
