Collect information
Duration: 3 working days
Collect signed proposal from customer to procced with solution deployment.
Complete NSM setup questionnaire to collect the required details and understand the business.
Obtain the customers letter head, example invoice and quote for NSM templates.
Find out business structure to identify who the admin users will be.
Installation
Duration: 1 working day
Setup the cloud application hosting account for Nexus Service Manager.
Install the software system on the Nexus servers.
Assign Nexus Service Manager software licence to the customer.
Configuration
Duration: 2 working day
Set up user accounts and access right.
Connect the Xero or MYOB or Reckon integration (depending on selected options).
Connect the WebFleet integration (depending on selected options).
Create customer invoice template and quote template.
Import in customer data from supplied CSV file (depending on selected options).
System Delivery
Duration: 1 working day
Confirm system configuration and business processes with management.
Deliver remote training (depending on selected options).
Review
Duration: 1 working day
Review system configuration with customer after 2 weeks of operation.
