Understanding the Sections

   

The Daily Job Report is organized into sections, providing a wealth of information for each job:


   

Date and Technician

   

At the top left, you'll see the date of the report and your name (e.g., Fri 25 Apr 2025 Daniel Williams). The user viewing the report is displayed at the top right (e.g., User: Daniel Williams).


   

Job Details

   

For each scheduled job, you'll find the following information:

   
           
  • Visit ID: A unique identifier for this specific visit (e.g., Visit ID: 1000).
  •        
  • Job ID: A unique identifier for the overall job (e.g., Job ID: 1570).
  •        
  • Customer: The name of the customer (e.g., Mr Paul Smith School).
  •        
  • Service Address: The location where the service will be performed (e.g., 1 Smith St, MELBOURNE VIC 3004).
  •        
  • Account Address: The billing address for the customer (e.g., 1 Smith St, MELBOURNE VIC 3004).
  •        
  • Instructions: Any specific instructions or notes for the job (e.g., To complete carpet cleaning in building one.).
  •        
  • Start: The scheduled start time for the job (e.g., Start 09:30 AM).
  •        
  • Finish: The scheduled finish time for the job (e.g., Finish 10:30 AM).
  •        
  • Contact: The customer's contact phone number (e.g., 0412 345 678).
  •        
  • Allocated Time: The estimated duration for the job (e.g., Allocated Time 01:00:00).
  •        
  • Contract: Details about any existing contract (e.g., Contract 1 Year).
  •        
  • Warranty: Information regarding warranties (e.g., Warranty NA).
  •        
  • Renewal: Details about any renewal agreements (e.g., Renewal 1 Week).

Service Details

   

Below the general job information, you'll find details about the specific services to be performed:

   
           
  • Service: The name of the service being provided (e.g., Pressure Cleaning).
  •        
  • Qty: The quantity of the service (e.g., Qty 1.00).
  •        
  • Price: The price per unit of the service (e.g., Price $100.00).
  •        
  • Total: The total cost for that specific service line (e.g., Total $100.00).
  •    

   

Navigating and Using the Daily Job Report

   
           
  • Technician Selection: The dropdown menu at the top left allows you to view the daily job report for different technicians. Ensure your name is selected to see your own report.
  •        
  • Job Type Filter: The "All Job Types" dropdown allows you to filter the report based on different job categories if applicable.
  •        
  • Date Selection: Use the calendar icon or the arrow buttons next to the date to navigate to different days and view past or future reports.
  •        
  • Report Options: The buttons at the top right (e.g., "Daily Job", "Job Cards", "All Techs Job Cards") allow you to switch between different report views or generate job cards.
