Understanding the Columns

   

The Daily Job Summary is organized into several key columns, each providing important information about your scheduled tasks:

   
           
  • Visit ID: This column displays a unique identifier for the specific visit. In the example, the Visit ID is 2120. This can be helpful for tracking and referencing individual appointments.
  •        
  • Time / Job ID: This column shows the scheduled time for the job and the associated Job ID. In the example, the job is scheduled for 09:30 AM and has a Job ID of 1570.
  •          
  • Customer: This column shows the name of the customer for the scheduled job. In the example, the customer is Mr. Paul Smith.
  •            
  • Service Address: This column provides the full address where the service needs to be performed. In the example, the service address is 1 Smith St, MELBOURNE VIC 3004.
  •              
  • Instructions: This column contains any specific instructions or notes related to the job. In the example, the instruction is "To complete carpet cleaning in building one."

Navigating and Using the Daily Job Summary

   
           
  • Technician Selection: The dropdown menu at the top left allows you to view the daily schedule for different technicians. Ensure your name is selected to see your own jobs.
  •        
  • Date Selection: Use the calendar icon or the arrow buttons next to the date to navigate to different days. This allows you to review past days or plan for future ones.
  •        
  • Export: The "Export" button (usually located at the top right) allows you to export your daily job summary into a printable format or a different file type (e.g., PDF, CSV) for offline access or sharing.
