Understanding the Columns
The Daily Job Summary is organized into several key columns, each providing important information about your scheduled tasks:
- Visit ID: This column displays a unique identifier for the specific visit.
- Time / Job ID: This column shows the scheduled time for the job and the associated Job ID.
- Customer: This column shows the name of the customer for the scheduled job.
- Service Address: This column provides the full address where the service needs to be performed.
- Instructions: This column contains any specific instructions or notes related to the job.
Navigating and Using the Daily Job Summary
- Technician Selection: The dropdown menu at the top left allows you to view the daily schedule for different technicians. Ensure your name is selected to see your own jobs.
- Date Selection: Use the calendar icon or the arrow buttons next to the date to navigate to different days. This allows you to review past days or plan for future ones.
- Export: The "Export" button (usually located at the top right) allows you to export your daily job summary into a printable format or a different file type (e.g., PDF, CSV) for offline access or sharing.
