Accessing Your Weekly Job Summary

You can access your Weekly Job Summary by navigating to the "Schedule" or "Jobs" section of the system and selecting the "Weekly View" or a similar option. Ensure that your name is selected in the "Technician" dropdown menu (in this case, Daniel Brown) to view your personal schedule. You can also adjust the displayed week by using the "Date" selector.


Understanding the Columns

The Weekly Job Summary is organized into several key columns, each providing important information about your scheduled tasks:

  • Date: This column displays the date and time of the scheduled job. In the example, the job is scheduled for Fri 25 Apr 25 at 09:30 AM. Additional identifiers like p:123 may also be present, which could refer to a page or specific identifier within the system.
  • Customer: This column shows the name of the customer for the scheduled job. In the example, the customer is Mr. Paul Smith. You may also see a Job ID (1000) and a Visit ID (2020) associated with the job for easy reference within the system.
  • Service Address: This column provides the full address where the service needs to be performed. In the example, the service address is 1 Smith St, MELBOURNE VIC 3004.
  • Instructions: This column contains any specific instructions or notes related to the job. In the example, the instruction is "To complete carpet cleaning in building one."

Navigating and Using the Weekly Job Summary

  • Technician Selection: The dropdown menu at the top left allows you to view the weekly schedule for different technicians. Ensure your name is selected to see your own jobs.
  • Date Selection: Use the calendar icon or the arrow buttons next to the date to navigate to different weeks. This allows you to plan ahead or review past schedules.
  • Export: The "Export" button (usually located at the top right) allows you to export your weekly job summary into a printable format or a different file type (e.g., PDF, CSV) for offline access or sharing.
