The import Job function allows you to easily import existing jobs formatted in a CSV (comma-separated values) file.

It is important that the CSV file is formatted correctly.


Format Type:

Property_ID, Job_Type_ID, Technician_ID, Date, Time, Service_ID, Service_Price, Service_Allocated_Time

Please keep in mind the service allocated times must be in 24-hour format and the first row of the csv file will be skipped.


How to access

To access this function click “customers”. Then click “open” on the existing customer you’d like to select. Then click “customer settings” in the top left corner of the screen. You’ll then see “Import Jobs”. You’ll then see “File requirements” and the button “Choose file”.

The first user must set "Create a new job per" to "Row" from the drop down tab so it checks the JOB ID per row and uses it, otherwise it will just create one job id for all visits
