Reschedule a job

Welcome to Nexus Step-by-Step Training where we'll guide you through how to reschedule a job.

1. There are a few ways to Reschedule an existing job, one is through the drop-down that appears when you hover over Open/Invoice next to the job.


2. Select Reschedule.


3. This will open the schedule. Click on the cell that lines up with the technician, date and time that you want to reschedule it for.


4. Click on Yes.


5. Another way to reschedule is directly through the Daily Schedule.


6. Click on the job you would like to reschedule so the pop-up options appear.


7. Click on Reschedule.


8. Click on the cell that lines up with the technician, date and time that you want to reschedule it for.


9. Click on Yes
