The “Clone Job” function is usually for ad hoc clients who aren’t set up contractually for recurring jobs. If a client would like a job they’ve had previously you can simply “Clone” the job.

There is only one way to “Clone” a job.

To “Clone” a job you must hover over the “Open” function on the left side of the existing/ previous job and bring your mouse over to “Clone” and click.

Once you have clicked “Clone” it will take you to a “New Job” filled in with all the previous details. You can edit all its settings. Including the job type, time and the technician.
