The “New Job” function allows technicians to create jobs while on the go.

The following fields are available to the user:

  • Job Type
  • Customer
  • Property
  • Notes

  • There is a search function for the customer and property fields. This will speed the process up as it’ll automatically fill all criteria.


    To enable the “New Job” function please follow steps below

    1. To access this setting go to “Admin” and scroll down to “System Settings”
    2. Under the heading “System settings” please click the sub-heading “Advanced Settings”
    3. Under the heading “Module” click the module “Mobile app”
    4. Scroll down to “New Job” and toggle on “Enable New Job”

    Service ID functionality

    A default service ID can be enabled too. This preloads a service in a new job. To enable this function please follow before the step below.

    1. To access this setting go to “Admin” and scroll down to “System Settings”
    2. Under the heading “System settings” please click the sub-heading “Advanced Settings”
    3. Under the heading “Module” click the module “Mobile app”
    4. Scroll down to “New Job” an toggle on “Enable New Job”
    5. Enter the correct service number into “Default Service ID”

    Please note a service ID of “0” will disable the “Default Service ID”
