What is Mass Recurring? Mass Recurring is a feature that automates the scheduling of recurring jobs for customers. It streamlines the process for services that need to be repeated regularly, saving time and ensuring consistency in job scheduling.

  1. How to Enable Mass Recurring Jobs:
    • Navigate to the Administration panel.
    • Go to Advanced Settings.
    • Select the Scheduling & Services Management module.
  2. Toggle OnEnable Mass Recurring:
    • Find the option labelled Enable Mass Self Recurring and toggle it on.
  3. Create a Mass Recurring Job
    • Ensure that the Renewal period and the Contract are set correctly for Mass Recurring to function automatically.
    • Schedule the Job.
  4. Activate Mass Recurring for the Job:
    • Click on Open next to the scheduled job you'd like to recur.
    • Tick the Select box next to the job.
    • Click the Tick icon above Mass Self Recurring to activate the automatic recurring process for that job.

How It Works:

  • Once Mass Recurring is enabled and the job is set up, the system will automatically handle job recurrences based on the renewal period.
