This feature adds an "Overdue Jobs" list to the mobile app, displaying jobs that are still marked as "In Progress" or "incomplete" but haven’t been completed. By providing technicians with a clear overview of overdue tasks, it helps keep them on track without needing constant reminders from scheduling staff.
To enable this, go to Administration > Advanced Settings > Mobile App > General Section and toggle on Enabled Overdue Job List.
