This feature automatically sends an SMS to your technicians with the job details, approximately one hour before the scheduled start time. It runs in the background automatically every hour.
To enable it, go to Admin > Advanced Settings > Employee Management and toggle on Enable Send SMS Tech Reminder.
Note: SMS charges apply when this feature is used.
