This feature sends all technicians an SMS with the job details, one hour prior to the scheduled job start time.
You can enable this feature by toggling on the setting "Enable Send SMS Tech Reminder" which you can find under: Admin > Advanced Settings > Employee Management.
SMS charges apply when using this function.
