Enable Quote Declined

This feature allows your customers to decline quotes directly through the Online Quote Approval app. This eliminates the need for them to phone you for confirmation, saving everyone time.

The settings also offers a dropdown menu where customers can select a reason for declining, providing valuable feedback for future quotes.

How to activate 'Enable Quote Declined':

  1. Go to the Admin section.
  2. Navigate to Advanced Settings.
  3. Select Quote Management.
  4. Look for the heading "Online Quote Approval".
  5. Find the toggle for "Enable Quote Declined" and turn it on.
