This article explains how to view email and SMS message history sent to a customer, as well as how to view all emails and SMS messages sent from the system.
Viewing Email and SMS History for a Customer:
- Find and open the relevant customer.
- Click on the "Call History" tab.
- Click on either "Sent Emails" or "Sent SMS" to view the corresponding message history for that customer.
Viewing All Email and SMS History:
- Navigate to the "System Reports" section.
- To view all email messages sent from the system, click on the "Email History" report.
- To view all SMS text messages sent from the system, click on the "SMS History" report.
