This article explains how to view email and SMS message history sent to a customer, as well as how to view all emails and SMS messages sent from the system.

Viewing Email and SMS History for a Customer:

  1. Find and open the relevant customer.
  2. Click on the "Call History" tab.
  3. Click on either "Sent Emails" or "Sent SMS" to view the corresponding message history for that customer.

Viewing All Email and SMS History:

  1. Navigate to the "System Reports" section.
  2. To view all email messages sent from the system, click on the "Email History" report.
  3. To view all SMS text messages sent from the system, click on the "SMS History" report.
