How to find and email a user’s password

To ensure the security and privacy of our users, only administrators have access to user login details. If you are an administrator, follow the steps below to find and email a user's password.

Steps to Find and Email a User's Password

  1. Click on the "Employees" option in the main menu. This will take you to the Employees page.
  2. Locate the employee whose password you want to find and click on their "User Account" link. This will open the User Account page for that employee.
  3. On the User Account page, you will see a password field. To view the password, click on the "View" button next to the password field. This will reveal the password.
  4. If you need to email the login details to the user, scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will find an "Email" button. Click on this button to proceed.
  5. By clicking the "Email" button, an email will be sent to the user containing the link to login, as well as their username and password. This will allow the user to access their account easily.

Please note that only administrators have the authority to access and manage user login details. If you are not an administrator, you will need to contact your administrator for assistance.
